Yes, dry means no water contact. I only allow to wash my hands. This is extreme and very effective. Awesome for plateaus. Take care and don't go over 2-3 days. Jim has a video about this, check it.

So , after 3 days of dry fast I had 94.6. After refeering and some water intake I had 96. Today I have 94kg. No rush to 90kg, I need to be healthy , also. I still eat a modified (restricted) OMAD version, only in weekends I eat 2 meals a day which is already too much for me. I think that my sugar cravings will be soon…

3 feast days is (imho) too much, I personally feast 2 days (weekend). In my maintenance plan I do a 48 water fast period (Sunday evening to Tuesday evening), the rest is OMAD. No, but I need to follow a diet customized just to my needs based on my sex/age/body structure/etc. 95% is OMAD, 5% is different. The results is the same, weight loss. same red shorts :) same person, only 27.1kg lost
