No, but I need to follow a diet customized just to my needs based on my sex/age/body structure/etc. 95% is OMAD, 5% is different. The results is the same, weight loss.
same red shorts
same person, only 27.1kg lost

I decided to stay at 95kg, I am already too thin.
My routine:
Monday, Tuesday - water fast, to compensate the weekend. I put some salt in water just to compensate electrolytes loss. Nothing else.
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - OMAD. When I need some sugar I eat some chocolate. But this is rarely. I mostly eat keto low carbs (4:1 veggies/meat).
Weekend - "splurge days". I can socialized without problems. Two days in a row is more than enough to refill batteries.
My weight is VERY stable at 95kg. Let's see after one year.
PS my blood analysis are much more better than last year. Only the sugar in my blood is at the bottom of "normal" (which is cool, imho). The triglycerides, liver, etc are ALL normal.
And all of these in only 6 months....0 -
Outstanding results. You seem to have a solid plan for maintenance. Please keep us posted on how you are doing. I just entered maintenance myself and wish us both much success.0

Great job welcome to Maintenance0
