    I started my meal with some melon (small quantity) and 2 ACV. After 40 minutes I eat some turkey and a huge salad, with my regular garlic. Tasty, maybe too much food, but this period I only care to eat one meal a day and less about quantities.

    My body asked me yesterday for something sweet. So, I ate 2 kilos of melon. Nothing else.

    Today , I ate something more consistent. One FULL plate.

    (home made tzatziki, salad, chicken, sausages, some chia seeds, eggplants. Of course, 2 ACV and 4 cloves of garlic as usual)

    I am guilty, today I ate too much. More than one plate, lol

    I started with a good portion of watermelon, and after half an hour something really cool.

    2xACV, 4 cloves of garlic, tomatoes salad, turmeric, wild carp. Awesome taste and feeling to cook outside....

    Ooooohhhhh thank you for that! My normal recipe is good, but I've had better so I'm always on the search!

    This is the best tzatziki I have ever eat, trust me. If you have a better recipe, please share.

    Tomorrow will be the 7 days mark, can't wait for the official meeting with my scale.

    Super excited to see how you do! Also I'll be trying that to take you recipe soon... I was just thinking about what to make for dinner perhaps it will involve that ;)

    Wow we almost started the same date I started 20th june... I haven´t lost 15kg...maybe something down to 9k

    Week no1 I lost too much, too quickly. I decided for week no2 to slow down the speed a little bit .

    Veggies, cheese, sea fruits, tons of very hot chili, 5 cloves of garlic. I finished my yesterday meal in tears :'(

    That's not too much to lose, because the first week we usually lose a lot of water weight...You are doing great :)

    lol, that'll serve you for eating so much chili sauce! I'm the same way, I love hot spices. Yesterday I had sweat beads while eating my Buffalo cauliflower wings and continued to push on through! :)
