I have a question: how we handle a period when we eat 100% OMAD, normal quantities, and still collect weight ?
I need some info from your experience, ladies/gents. Thank you in advance.

I think it just happens - maybe you should take a look at your weight trend, rather than actual daily weights? My weight can yo-yo up and down a fair bit.1

You have to give it a few weeks due to water fluctuations. After that if your not losing, you may have to go smaller portions. Give it some time and see.1

I realized that I eat some watermelon last period (in my OMAD window time), maybe this is the cause. Anyway, the official weight is (in my case) Friday, let's see the results. Just to avoid any excess of water, I will avoid watermelon for few days.
Btw, my plate is average size, it is not so big. Also , my meals are between 1000 and 1400 calories.
Let's finish the first 14 days and then will decide.0 -
What are you drinking outside of your OMAD time frame, anything sweet or caloric?
You probably just need to be persistent. If you are consistent over the weeks and months you should see a downward trend. Of course its natural that there will be little variations along the way.0 -
I am a very simple guy, I only drink simple water when I am thirsty. No alcohol, soda, coffee.
Of course, I realized that a lot of weight can't be melted in few weeks and I am patient and of course I stick to OMAD.
Let see the next official meeting with my scale, I already feel better
Just for fun, home made easy bread. Lodge cast iron is very expensive in Europe because of the shipping cost...

Ladies, here it is, I will post in the recipe section, also.
Few personal customization:- I don't have access to all the herbs, I used some seeds instead
- I use cast iron because it allow me to put almost zero oil.

Yesterday menu: beef and rice + turmeric. Awesome rice .....
Today, something unusual: rice (yesterday leftovers), home made yogurt, honey (local source) and some butter. Of course, I didn't eat the whole quantity
Tomorrow is for me OMAD day no 14. Let's see the meeting with the scale....

Love turmeric rice - my mum used to make that a lot when we were kids - we sometimes had raisins/sultanas in it too... So good...0

Turmeric it's a good antioxidant, I use it a lot.
I finished my first OMAD 14 days. I lost via OMAD 4.4kg (9.7 pounds), very cool imho.
Total lost since middle of June 2017 - 16.6 Kg (36.6 pounds)WEEK WEIGHT(KG) DIFF(KG) TOTAL LOST(KG) NOTES ======================================================================= 0 110.3 NA NA STARTING OMAD 1 107.2 3.1 3.1 ALL OK 2 105.9 1.3 4.4 Phase 2 OMAD - done.

Turmeric is the best - we actually have a pill maker and we make turmeric and black pepper pills. I take 8-10 pills a day. And I am not an "alternative" health person by any means - it's science all the way for me!0 -
WoW fantastic loss- amazifying. My husband has put tumeric on his breakfast cereal for years. I asked him why a few months back and he said he can't remember I will have to look into it.0
