  • Just subtract fiber from total carbs. That will get you close enough in most cases to net carbs. I don't eat a lot of "sugar free" or artificially sweetened products so I don't care about tracking sugar alcohols. I am on a mainly whole foods diet plan. It keeps me straight enough to lose weight regularly. Good luck!
