Oh youre right...I didnt share. Well I spent the weekend cutting down trees in my yard. Great workout btw. Hoisting a chainsaw for a few hours then carrying logs to the truck. I got it all done over the weekend so my positive thing is that I get to relax today and take it easy. I worked hard so I deserve it! :smiley:

So random question cause Im kinda new to MFP. Is there a way to activate notifications if someones comments on a comment youve made. I just happen to run across this today but its nice to see what others think of your comments sometimes.

I never drank diet soda, but was pretty addicted to regular for a looonnngggg time! I typically only drank it morning and early afternoon but I would crash hard in the evenings. There was a time I was losing weight and wanted people to take notice as well. If its people that are seeing you everyday though, they arent as likely to notice the change because you lost the weight gradually in fron tof them.
