  • Ketchup on everything. Eggs, toast, any form or potato including mashed, mac and cheese, all meats, veggies, stuffing at thanksgiving, etc. Needless to say we don't buy ketchup very often anymore.
  • I have heard moving more to plant based foods helps. Eliminating dairy and animal products specifically. This would have to be a permanent change from what I understand, as re-introducing these foods would cause flare-ups. I think it varies from person to person.
  • Meee! Add me!! I am 5'3" at 145. Trying to get down to 130 (ideally 125). I dont have any friends on here since Ive been trying to do it alone...but it's not working. I need some accountability and motivational peeps! Hallpppp plz!
