I use resistance bands aswell as free weights find them very good even on rest days i will do a few sets with resistance bands to keep the blood flowing I find them very good and convenient for travel aswell

Yes a preacher curl bench and power rack are my next investments Regarding arms I have been told by some people since the arm muscles are used for every lift and every day stuff you need to work them every day to build size I would have thought this would be a bad thing to do

I'm the same I couldn't deal with people at a gym I do all my lifting at home getting results but it will take time I find building my arms definetly the hardest
