I absolutly agree with you on that. Each day I go back and make sure evrything is at it's place. We have our familly dinner at my sister this year. I already told her I'm coming over to cook with her and I'm bringing my food scale. I don't usualy over splurge but I remember how bad I feel after over eating so I try not to. So if I'm going to treat it like any other day then the food scales follows as well.

So sorry for your Loss dear. I do give myself mini goal of 10 lbs. Once I reach 10 lbs down I do something not food related for me. Personally I never wanted to go out at my heaviest so my first 10 lb we went to the movie. I didn't eat anything there I just wanted to feel rewarded in a fun way.

Try to eat something that will keep you full longer. I eat 1/2 cup oatmeal with like 90 g of Banana sliced around 2:30 pm depending on my last break at work. I know it will be at least 5 pm until dinner. Works for me, try it if you'd like, cheer!!

My favorite which I eat different variation of is a medium flour wrap with some cheese 1/2 cup of Egg white scramble with some tomato a little pink salt and pepper. I sometimes use cucumber or spinach depending on the mood. But that is my GO TO breakfast . I just love it. :smiley:

Doritos with Sour cream , Rice with cheese and pizza spice from epicure. I used to eat loads of that now I make a portion of it worth the calories and it's pretty small but it's like a treat as long as it fits in my calories for the day .

I snack on greek yogurt and on oatmeal. I try to always have snack prepaired ahead of time so I always prep my food. Also bring fruits with you like an apple or a banana or even bring a baggies with some pre measured nuts, Lately I been having those Craisin cranberries infused in blueberry juice so good and dont need alot…

Try to change your setting so it doesn't reflect a maintenance but maybe the other one where you would be into a deficit adjusted to your measurements. height and all that could make a difference.

Have you ever tried to eat maybe not too late for dinner but around 7 pm have 1/2 cup of oatmeal with some berries or with 1/2 a banana. it is very filling and you wont feel hungry until the next morning for sure. That's one of my trick cause I used to eat late at night which was one of my worst eating habit.
