that's what i do for me and my husband I log everything as I make the food. I put everythign with a serving of the amount of grame it weight so sometimes I have a 250 serving meal and he has a 400 serving meal... he needs a lot more calories then me being a carpenter. I love sweet potato and I can eat them not warmed up as well as for the fish I cook at home and is as tasty cold then warmed up. Even room temperature it's as good as out of the oven. I would check if that treatment affect the effect of your birth control for sure. Cause#1 you have to be under stronger birth control while using that product + if you are using stronger birth control and this is the first time you might just jump a cycle all together . I try to do something every 10 lbs lost. I lost 34.1 Lbs so far . I always count my calories even when meal prepping. I just simple copy the previous day or the specific day or make a meal in my recipe and put the amount of serving I'm getting out of my Meal prep and just log the meal prep I'm taking to work. hope this help.

I always was active and it's only when I started counting my Calories that I started to shed the lbs. Then I noticed I didn't HAVE to workout to lose weight. I just feel so much better when I do .

Today at work there was a bake sale and At the end of the shift there was free cake at the cafeteria... I didnt have any and, I didn't miss it either.

Easy recipe for slow cooker. I put a nice size pork roast on low for 6 to 8 hours depending on the size then I let it cool off and it will make an awesome pulled pork to put in rice with veggies or to eat in a wrap with my favorits veggies a little cheese. I cook my roast with no salt added I just add pepper to taste.

Way to go best thing you could of done. You can do this!!!! I had 120 lbs to lose when I started and have already lost 25 lbs since Nobemver 2017 . You can do this little by little you will see results. Just keep your food diary updated and you will see result. I'll add you also for Motivation :)

I used to eat alot of Spaghtti so I changed it for Spaghetti squash. I found it taste so much better and barelly any calories. Since november 2017 I lost 21lbs. :) :)
