Sticking to new years resolutions pays off. DO IT. Smash the *kitten* out of your goals. "Every accomplishment starts with the decision to try"
Weight is just a number. there's only a 17lbs difference between the two pics. Wanted to lose 50lbs last year ended up w/ lots more muscle mass.
Starting weight was 320lbs.
I've found strength training is an AMAZING way to have sustained weight loss allowing more flexibility with diet.
