Just wanted to share with you guys how proud I feel for losing over 100 pounds.. 20 months ago, I used to weight 400 pounds now 20 months later I'm down to 258 lbs..
I love the way how I look, I feel so confident so strong so full of energy. I never thought I could reach this level but with hard work and dedication everything is possible..

    Congratulations, your hard work shows! May I ask if you know what your body fat % is? I am changing my tactics from dropping lbs to dropping fat % and gaining muscle mass. I hope to have a similar look that you have achieved!

    I too would like to achieve a similar look but I'm only 5'4" so not looking to be extremely buff. Just want to rid all the fat and ensure I have as little loose skin as possible sound my lower abdomen.
