Any good meal prep tips?

So I’m doing this thing where I don’t count my calories via MFP but I’m meal prepping and spending longer time in the gym on more days... Since I have heavier hair I’m worried my weight will fluctuate pretty significantly for the next 2 months so I’m also going to try to reduce weighing myself. Wish me luck?     I always count my calories even when meal prepping. I just simple copy the previous day or the specific day or make a meal in my recipe and put the amount of serving I'm getting out of my Meal prep and just log the meal prep I'm taking to work. hope this help.
