@deannalfisher I also added 1 portion yesterday because I went to meet someone and i couldn't measure the food over there, but I didnt eat much there so I put in an estimate.

@deannalfisher I take measurements with a food scale and if the measurements aren't available in grams then I use an online calculator to convert those into cups. If the measurments are available with grams/oz then I leave it as it is. I'm 19 turning 20 and I'm 5'3

@nowine4me I only skip lean meat on Mondays and Wednesdays. Otherwise I eat all sorts of food. I only eat rice on Fridays and Saturdays because I can overdo them sometimes. @orangegato I go for a walk around the block which covers 2.5-2.8km (there are signs on the road telling you how much distance you've covered) and I do this 3-4 times a week. Endomondo says I've burnt 200-230 calories from that walk I guess I'll take it as 150 instead of that
