I'm an avid falling-off-the-wagon-er. Trying once again and already have a 3 day streak at the moment :) Nov. 15th: 149 Nov. 20th: Nov. 25th: Nov. 30th: My goal is to stay in my calorie goal on the app and exercise around 300-500 calories a day.

Hello there! I'm having a rough time sticking with dieting and haven't really exercised since I hurt my back. that's clearing up now thankfully so hopefully I'll get back on that! I'm 24 :) good luck on your goals too! :D
