Daily habits. Enforce them! Every time you eat get into the habit of logging. Unfortunately that's something you need to push yourself to do on your own. Practice it, lose weight, get motivated. No one can do it for you.

Pretty much as everyone else said. Keep a proper calorie deficit with some good nutrition behind it and couple it with some sort of activity. It's impossible to spot reduce. Just depends on where your body wants to lose first. Have some patience and you'll get there!
