Help please!
I've been trying to lose weight since new year and now the year is nearly over and i've gotten nowhere.
I downloaded this app a few years ago and saw it actually helped me out a lot, but i just haven't been able to get back into the routine of it.
I need friends on here to help motivate me!!!

    While friends to help motivate you is nice, you also need to learn to do this yourself. You are doing a life change, not a temporary diet that you toss once at goal weight. You need to learn to do it on your own so that you don't go back to old habits.

    Don't try, just do. Figure out what's stopping you from logging your food, and find ways to overcome it.

    Daily habits. Enforce them! Every time you eat get into the habit of logging.

    Unfortunately that's something you need to push yourself to do on your own. Practice it, lose weight, get motivated. No one can do it for you.

    Motivation comes and goes. Do you want this? Do it. Count calories without restricting them at first. Knowing what and how much you eat is the key to determining where you are right now.
