Last year I was going on walks regularly, I started to feel less tired when I was using the stairs after 2-3 weeks. I stopped walking though because I didnt like it. Now it's been 2 weeks since I am working out at the gym but I still don't feel less tired when I am using stairs. That's why I feel bad about doing no cardio.

I guess I will try walking, too. 2 times a week for starters maybe.

My only cardio is 5 to 10 minutes warm up exercise; treadmill or elliptical :# I feel bad about doing no cardio.

I don't have a bike but I can buy one if I decide to do cardio. More fun than walking!

Yes, gym cardio is really boring! I used to go on walks with my dog but she is ten now and doesn't walk more than 10 minutes.

I saw a man get hit by a car and die. I forgot about it after a few days. I saw a dead dog on the side of the road and it took me at least 3 months to forget about it.

Hi. I don't have much weight to lose (3 or 4 kgs maybe) but I just started to workout and my first goal is to keep going to the gym for 5 weeks. I've always quit after a few weeks and I want to change this. I went to gym 3 days in a row this week, I'll make it 4. I'm sending a request.

Hi! Welcome and good luck. I also want to lose 10 kg. I signed up to a gym yesterday and I'm planning to go 3 times a week. I am also planning to quit smoking, I'm wondering if working out would help me to quit because I don't want to gain weight. I am afraid replacing cigarettes with food.

Good morning! Scale showed 61.4 kg today. I'm going on a vacation in 3 weeks, I'm hoping to lose 2 kilograms until then. I tried some of my size 36 jeans from last summer and they fit. But my denim shorts are still very tight. I don't know why I can't fit into the shorts, they are the same size with the jeans :/

I walk for burning some calories. I am not sure if I could do a HIIT workout because I'll be out of breath easily, I am out of shape :( I thought walking would be a good start but the amount of calories burned aren't worth the time and effort :smiley:

Today's weight 61.9 kg. Losing too slowly. I walked twice this week. I don't like walking because I burn very small calories. I walked for 45 minutes last night and burned 160 calories only :(
