When did you decide to get help for your binge eating? How many times a week were you binging?

I felt like binge eating last night but i had 2 bowls of low calorie soup instead and told myself that i'd eat whatever i want if i still felt hungry after waiting for half an hour and the feeling were gone after 30 minutes o:)
