I've been carefully tracking my food, and having a simple exercise routine, and Zepbound is finally doing something and helping me stay on a calorie count. I keep getting injured. I've been at Hospital, and been laid up a couple of times. Hopefully all that's in the past, and I can get back to being more consistently…

Hey, I weighed in at 221.6 lbs this morning. Perhaps I can begin checking in again.

I know you are among the golden "maintainers" here. Kudos. Will you address this change in easy regular calorie expenditure (long runs) by modifying your food/diet? For instance moving toward lower carbs, lower calories, or something along those lines. Hypothetically a maintainer who pounds out a five mile loop everyday…

I am about a week into trying it too. Clearly it's a better more focused, non-buggy, product... it's just a matter of after years logging here can I learn something new ;)

I went over to the Pixel Watch 3 world awhile back, and so far it's okay. (Fifteen years in the Garmin ecosystem so I have a sense of loss.😢) You could do me a big favor @kgirlhart My FR745 is sitting here unused, it probably has a year or more of life in it. Send me a PM and I'll send it to you. Knowing it isn't going to…

There you go, congrats. Dropping the extra weight for looks, for heart health, nah drop it for our poor feet.

Sorry to hear, though getting a good diagnosis always feels a bit of a relief. I think it's better to know. This year, at my gym I've been using a Concept 2 row machine for a :10 min warm up prior to lifting. These rowers have a cult-like following, and I can see how that is. Careful with the flexion of your back if you…

@WarmJellyfish Like clockwork, I'm glad you're back to moving around. Take it easy. 100% should be soon.

I'm pretty sure on the Garmin Connect app is where they give you some daily feedback. I just saw you on my new fledgling fitbit experiment group. It's a snails pace (like me)

After three days of rest I have very slight symptoms still. Standing up quickly, turning quickly. Dr. Google says it's okay to start activity 24 hours after being without symptoms. I expect sometime this week I'll get back.

We humans have your back here on the thread. Nothing better than that! Sorry to hear this is persisting. It sounds good you're getting some professional outside help in figuring it out, to hopefully catch it and end it.

Thank you. Dermatology was good, with nothing troubling to deal with. I try to live a low drama life. Recently I've been on a consistent healthy plan. This Friday I had plans to work, go to the dermatologist, workout at my gym, have a healthy dinner, then read in preparation for my book club. Walking home from the gym,…

🧘🏽♂️ॐ🧘🏽♂️ Me, and I believe many others here recommend investigating a yoga practice. It does wonders for a wandering mind. 🧘🏽♂️ॐ🧘🏽♂️

I'm praying for the best. With good lab results, you are good to go. Coincidentally I'm going to the dermatologist later today...I have an every six month check-in.

I'm scheduled for a short run. It's gently sprinkling and 60°F (15.5°C) and I don't want to do it. With @Laurz9191 and others here, I wonder what ya'll would do? Yes, I am going to brave the elements.

High quality commitment. None here will judge from you opting out of a freezing long midwinter outdoor run (for the second day in a row), and still getting in your KMs.

I ran 1.1M 14'53 No pain. Good. March 2024 was the last significant rain here. This week we're finally going to get a storm coming through.

When I moved back East for a couple years I was surprised that a lot of the locals were afraid of natural gas. I grew up with it and it always seemed normal. With a water heater-heat pump, which is efficient, and the solar panels I have, it'll be free hot water. Hard to beat. As this house has panels I'm trying to use all…

I hope that happens for you. This last week I had a water heater-heat pump installed and I'm very excited to see my bills drop. For me to get off natural gas my last thing is my oven/stove, then I can cap off the gas.

I ran 1.1M 17'13 The ghost stress fracture pain lasted two days. This morning I felt fine, now after running I'm still fine. I'll run alternate days for a bit then back to normal.

Being in a London Pub for a few English Pints with chips and spicy guacamole is kind of a dream. Sounds like a very good time, and the deprivation was manageable. As an American I read this as a tortilla Corn Chip and all was well, then I realized you may be talking about French Fries smoothed in guacamole...I shuttered. 🏃🏽

John, a long one. I hope this means you are back at it and feeling better.

I've been working through this with fitbit too. I just found out steps show up on the app, but not on the webpage. They are in MFP just not displayed on the webpage. There is other stuff too

That old devil a pain in the middle of my right tibia popped up, right where my old stress fracture was. I'm taking a day or two off. I kind of shocked my self remembering that my stress fracture.... and COVID .... was five years ago. Feb 2020 is when my life started to be disrupted by it

After a long day, at 7:15 p.m. I got out the door. 1.19M at 16"02 This new gym may not be as good as the old one. I hope not. But change, and the disruption that causes, is always a unique opportunity to grow and evolve. Even if change isn't welcomed or easy it can be positive. Good luck.

The cure for the common upper respiratory infection is to look at the calendar, note the date two weeks out from when you first noticed the symptoms, then increase your rest and wait. Good luck. Sorry your going through this, but on the other hand it's remarkable what you put your body through in the last month.

I am excited to see some regularity. 1.13M at 15"38

Got it. Thanks.

Perhaps the only, and certainly the best point of view on a diet/food plan/lifestyle. I'm happy for you, you have been an inspiration here. Continued success, and keep on describing your process.
