  • And if you must snack ('cause I thrive on it still), make sure to measure it out and eat slowly. Enjoy it. That's why you're snacking on it, I'm sure! Kudos!
  • You can add me. I'm trying to post more about fitness, etc. to share my own plans. :)
  • I'm inclined to agree considering I'm far from adapting to any form of cardio! I was thinking about adding 3 days of cardio under that premise then. Start supersetting my strength sessions after compound lifts, but also add in 2-3 days for a long jog, HIIT sprints, and a paced run. Thanks for the encouragement so far. :)
  • Yep! Same! The more the merrier. :) I love seeing how everyone else is meeting their goals.
  • Eating less than your body requires to sustain itself can also lead to your body clinging onto weight. Unless a physician prescribed otherwise, maybe you can add a few hundred, healthy calories and see how it goes. +1 to whoever said to always recalculate your calories and macros after losing some weight; your needs will…

I don't utilize or eat back any of the earned calories via MFP; to be honest, the mathematics going into that never made…

  • Most boxes I'm aware of do a warm-up, a skill review, strength training, WOD, and mobility cool-down. So what are you trying to take away from Crossfit? I personally just do their WODs like I would a HIIT. Definitely not before whatever strength program. So my day will look sort of like this: morning breakfast, strength…
  • 5"1' at 119.5 lbs for the last 3 weeks. Apparently I'm eating an average of just over 1700k/cal per week and burning 2000 k/cal per week according to fitbit, but I'm about to shake up my exercise plan. Strength training 4x a week and cardio 4x a week on the same days (strength in the morning, cardio in the afternoon). So,…
  • Thanks guys. I’ll plug that in and get an idea of what to track. :)
