My shopping budget is £50 , got frozen diced beef and frozen diced lamb, frozen veg (broccoli, cauliflower) , 2 packs frozen chicken, 2 packs frozen meatballs , 2 packs of frozen fish, sweets and crisps for my wee one , butter , cheese, eggs, cleaning stuff and was under (I am on ketone) just some ideas.

I am very overwight and I feel quite confused.

1000 calories is my goal, I look at it that if I go over it's not the end of the world type of thing. I don't do much exercising if any. Am I at the unhealthy risk?

I have under 30g of carbs in my ketone diet, I feel under 20 would be hell. I started doing a meat then veg usually broccoli and cauliflower lunches and breakfast lettuce egg or cheese, I happy with that process and it works for me don't feel hungry.

Saw a article on Facebook of fitness instructors ect they basically say it's normale but maybe it wasn't as a full stomach it was a while ago so can't really recall.

I am actually worried about excess skin after I lose weight or am I just being paranoid?

So far yeah, I have a bread weakness so I thought I would find it difficult but I seem to be managing. Another problem for me is motivation, I have depression and anxietys so at my low point I find it difficult. But it seems to be going ok.
