I enjoyed the experience, I had pain with my back but I was the happiest I had been in years.

I am on the same medication and exercise is fine, i feel exercise helps and now that gyms are closed I been more anxious.

Yes, I think I will need to keep a food diary and use calories, I know calorie aren't accurate or a good way to lose weight but because of my food addicted I will need to keep record so I don't over eat.

Thanks for the advice, I think when o first started I pushed too hard and the day after my mucels was sore and I think that's what put me back. I am feeling better today and as annPT77 said I feel energised and not tired.

I am on carnivore and I can say it does improve my mood, I feel contented no moody or depressed. Also I am clinically depressed I take sertaline (could be spelled incorrectly).

I can relate, I was put off exercise because of it, barely went out side afraid that I won't find a place to relive myself which made the ibs worse.

I kind of feel the same way ( putting yourself down really) or I think it would be ideal to meet some who is currently trying to lose weight too but I don't know don't have the confidence.

Scotland, was on and off keto last year (took a break for the holidays) now back on it going ok going to do better this week.

I am doing keto and I enjoy it, my weakness (or so I thought) was sugar and bread, I had a break over the holidays and I back on it with no cravings, I actually enjoy this diet.

I am interested in this too, i am overweight and was for a long time and I am afraid that once I do lose weight I will put it back on or develop an eating disorder so any info would help.

I am a single mother too, I have a exercise bike and I try to do at least 30mins a day, I also have weights that I fallow a routine from Pinterest. It's not much but it works for me.
