I not quite there yet but I think I should start researching, I am doing 1200 calories have done so on and off for years, I heard you can't just eat your maintenance calories right away and you are to slowly increase (100 calories extra a day). Could anybody confirm and inform me how this works?

Weight loss stall
I have started hitting the gym about 3x a week (it's been 3 weeks now), I am on 1200 calories a day and my weight has stalled. Any tips on how to get pass a stall? Do I have to increase my calories?

I been losing weight through diet and now I think I should start doing working out, mainly for strength. Well I got a cross fit (elliptical machine) and trying to do at least 30mins a day and some weight (dumbbells) training, but I can reach 20mins before I tire, would I be able to work up to 30mins? Smells?!
Last two days I been smelling a unpleasant smell, like (too me) cat urine and I am a bit paranoid as I do have a cat , my sister who lives with me doesn't smell anything. So I was wondering if it's from myself, I do know that ketone can make you smell can anyone inform me that this is what I am smelling?

So I was messing up
I first must say I am not advocating unhealthy lifestyle, I was a bit confused and uneducated. What your opinion on the keto diet?
I being doing it and have lost a stone. I stopped it for a bit now back on it , I feel I am either doing it right or I am more strict . Has anyone else been on it? And how did you find it?
