I have started hitting the gym about 3x a week (it's been 3 weeks now), I am on 1200 calories a day and my weight has stalled. Any tips on how to get pass a stall? Do I have to increase my calories?

New exercise causes your muscles to retain water to repair themselves. This water shows up on the scale as body weight. This water retention can last up to 6 weeks. Keep doing the right things and put on your patient pants. :flowerforyou:
Read this article while you're at it. It will save you a lot of stress about the scale.
