It was 80 degrees and 8% humidity here in, Lomita, California. :s Allergies were acting up making it hard for Rodney to breath. :# A wet towel was used to cover his mouth and nose while he walked this morning for 2 miles today. It took him 1 hour to complete 6,700 + steps. Later, Rodney rested and completed his 10k walk.…

I’m five days into MFP and so far I’ve loss 5 lbs of 240 pounds by reducing carbohydrates, drinking 3-4 cups of Green Tea mixed with honey and clove oil for taste and walking/stepping 10k a day.
