  • I have low blood sugar and was not eating enough so this has helped me recognize what I am eating and that I do need to eat a little more. If I eat good things and often I have not had any issues with going to low. Low blood sugar is the worse feeling for me, hard to get it back up once it drops! :)

  • I usually log all week and not on the weekends but I do eat pretty much the same things. It has helps me because I thought I was eating enough and I wasn't.   • Don't get discouraged, one step at a time. If you trip just get right back on it is ok! That is the mindset I have had for the last few years and so far it works, last 10 -15 coming off slow but I am ok w/ that as long as we are headed in the right direction!   • Way to go, that is what I do. I also look at it and think am I really hungry, is it worth it, no one will take it away. I can come back later...just paying attention to your feeling... I have keep mine off too, just would like to shave off another 10!!

  • One protein shake flavor of choice- use 2 tab sugar free instant pudding mix - microwave stirring every 1 to 2 min.   • Bowmar protein in my coffee, may seem expensive but compared to DD or others not so much. Plain greek yogurt w/ scoop powder, can add tsp honey if need sweeter. Protein water ( Amazon) powder that you use. I know sometimes I struggle w/ not eating enough so this helps me , good luck!
