Welcome back. I've been here before too. I've had years of joint and back issues, but as I lose weight and get a little fitter I'm feeling like life is a little easier. You can do this. 😊

I prefer this to WW. Their points system left me eating very low calories, which led to binging. MFP is much more sustainable and better for me. Just weigh and log everything.

I have this problem too. In the end I hopped on the scales as seeing the numbers come down was a huge motivator last time. It was tough getting on that first time though. Whatever you decide, you've already taken that first step to losing it. Don't let the scary number put you off your journey.
