Having a hard time keeping up with this and finding my previous posts, but I think last weigh in was 218 and today I’m 217. 10k steps all week, and 12k yesterday. I didn’t think I would lose any weight because I’ve been snacking more than I should.

10k steps yesterday, but today is not going well for steps. We take it easy on the weekends and I have a hard time thinking of ways to get steps in unless we’re out doing something.

I have a computer I use for writing, but I’m always on the move with a toddler during the day. So it’s easier for me to get out my phone for a minute. And my steps were 11k yesterday.
