Thanks! Since we're all ladies here - how does your period affect your trend? Does measuring trend smooth out monthly weight fluctuations, or can you still tell based on the graph when you have your period?

SW: 138.7 9/1: 136.7 9/9: 136.7 9/13: 136.3 9/19: 135.7 GW: <130 Numbers are heading in the right direction. I've been more consistent about drinking a ton of water and going to bed at a reasonable hour, and I think that's actually helping, at least in how I feel. Took another home pregnancy test on Monday, 3 weeks after…

Yay! New thread! Thanks for starting it, Leah! 9/1: 136.7 9/9: 136.7 GW: <130ish Wah. I've actually eaten pretty well this past week, buuut I only met my step goal 4 out of 7 days and made it to the gym only once, so maybe that's why the number didn't go down. Also took a pregnancy test this morning, 2 weeks…

Me too. Even when I was in the best shape of my life, regularly running/ weight lifting, extremely active and athletic, I have always had a high-ish resting heart rate (60-65 bpm). And I was able to get my heart rate during cardio exercise to the theoretical max very easily, and still not feel knackered. My ticker just…

Thank you all for your kind words. I'm doing surprisingly well. Miss my little baby, but I think that will be true for every day of the rest of my life. Now more important than ever to nourish my body with nutrient-dense foods, get lots of fun exercise and movement in, and take as good care of myself as possible!

So, it was the opposite for me - I actually gained a few pounds when I weaned (daughter was 22 months, whew), before I realized what was happening and adjusted my mentality. But OP, I'm in a very similar situation as you. Have always been a normal body weight, with little to some effort depending on what's happening in…

Late in posting... On the day I was due to post, I found out that my baby didn't have a heartbeat. I was 13 weeks along. Miscarried at 13.5 weeks. So, my goals have changed. Would like to lose the first trimester weight (already slipping away, much less bloated) and prepare my body for any potential future pregnancies. Sad…

Ugh, it's the worst when your little one is hurting. But you are doing an amazing job remembering that your little one needs a strong, healthy Mama who takes care of herself and is a role model! I hope he's doing better now (and you are, too). From your latest update, hopefully so?

Hey, that sounds a lot like me! I'm 11w3d, baby #2, just doing my best to grow a happy healthy baby and take care of myself so I have enough energy to have the preschooler. Let's be friends!
