Like the people who said bread, if you look up a 'mug loaf' by James morton its such an easy bread recipe and it'd be much lower in calories than premade bread cause theres no fat. It's the night before my last Semester 1 exam of final year that I am woefully unprepared for. Enjoy yourself, try eat a meal beforehand that fits your plan so you're not ravenous. Promise yourself that its just 1 treat meal & drinks, be ready to kick *kitten* the next day.

Only at the beginning of my journey (Day 10) but my jeans feel roomier and I've noticed I'm not always so bloated anymore :D :D :D

Accept that it's not going to be easy but it will be worth it. Setting aside the time to plan meals that you know you'll enjoy and look forward to. Meal prepping snacks has been my new lifesaver. Portioning out almonds and fruit so I can just grab and go. Having hard boiled eggs in the fridge for when i'm peckish.

Turns out they changed the menu but didnt update the website yet. Got a lamb shank, mash and roast veg. so yummy. And of course chocolate cake and a feed of pints. Dont regret a bit of it :D

I actually have and extra 1200cal from the week from exercise, but i already see them going on alcohol :D . I'm really bad at asking for changes in restaurants, it makes me very anxious. I'll probably just get whatever seems the nicest, do an extra hour or two in the gym on the weekend
