I'm with ya girlie!! I'm starting keto the first of year, been doing alot of research on keto and it's benefits, I already practice Intermittent fasting, and learned the 2 go hand in hand.

Day 1: legs/abs DAY 2: Chest DAY 3: Back/abs DAY 4: rest DAY 5: shoulder/abs DAY 6: Arms DAY 7: rest Or Day 1: chest/abs DAY 2: back DAY 3: rest DAY 4: shoulder/abs DAY 5: legs DAY 6: arms/abs DAY 7: rest It's your own personal preference!
