Happens to me all the time, but I've learned to move my feet around, loosen my shoe strings a little prior to getting on, and proper fitting shoes. Not so much of a problem as it used to be.

Struggled with this when I started out. Was so bad that it was difficult getting up on my feet in the morning. I still get it now and then after losing 40lbs, and got some new shoes. No issues anymore.

Welcome Nicole. Good luck. Add me if you want to.

For me the hardest thing was the change to my routine and what I'm comfortable with. Add that with the thought, I can start tomorrow. So, I decided to make my tomorrow, today. The future is not built by doing things someday.

Hang out then possibly

Same as everyone else above. I work in a remote site overseas and definitely could use the encouragement. Not many people over here use this app and can be unapproachable at times.

Me. Not many of my normal social media contacts use this. I'm retired Army, now a contractor working in Aghanistan doing my best to get healthy and slim again.

Add me. I started up at the beginning of Dec, but didnt post during my vacation. Back to work now and back at it.

I'm currently a contractor in Afghanistan working 12/7s. Ibhate waking up early in the morning to work out, but also fight the z monster when i get off work. The thing that has helped me out is a good pre-workout drink. I get off work, take the drink and know that if i don't go work out, i will never get to sleep.

Add me. I just started using the app with similar goals.
