Hey there! I'm Mindy and I would like to find people who update often. My goal is to update erry day(even if I have a bad one) and it would help me to see other people doing the same. Plus it would help me weed out the creepers

Y'all can have feelings all you want but I get really uncomfortable when people add me and then never interact with me lol it makes me think that they just add everyone trying to peep on scantily clad progress pics, idk

I'm just getting back in the game trying to be more active as well! ive been a member (on and off) since I believe 2010! I used mfp religiously back in the day but got preggo and stopped. so now I'm trying to get back in it =]2

I think what she means is someone that is active and interacts with her posts, but also posts updates like diary, exercise status etc.1 -

410 days today... I log the good the bad and the ugly. I also do my best to support each one of my friends with at least a like of a post and some supportive words. I am down 72lbs, have about another 25-30 to go... feel free to add me.4

I don't actually log food or exercise here technically, but I write a status and post pics of my workout. It's like how I've tried before to keep track of how I do every day on the last with pen and paper, only for some reason that never worked. This place helps keep me accountable and the fact that I know people are reading what I write definitely makes it more fun, like updating Facebook only we're all here for the same things! I hope this clears up what I meant1

I don't update my weight every day - but I track and add my exercise every day. I have all notifications turned off so I rarely respond to any comments. But with all that being said - you can add me. I'm not a creeper. My first message to me won't be - so, can I look you up on FB?1

I added a few people cos I love when people are active (especially with meal ideas). I post stuff a lot but I am on keto so a lot of it pertains to that. Its mostly meals and funny stuff but I comment and interact with my friends a lot.1

Oh ya! It might be beneficial to say what I'm about:
I lost fifty pounds a few years ago and in the past year and a half I gained it all back through "eating my feelings", because I use food as a coping mechanism. I'm trying this time around to address my relationship with food and transform myself inside AND out.
I have a 1stphorm legionnaire/coach who wrote out a meal plan for me so I can lose fat and build muscle, and I workout 2-3 times at a gym in small group classes. For the days that I don't have those classes, my coach (Mike) gives me a work out to do

Feel free to add me, my boyfriend and I have started trying to lose weight together. We work out 3-4 times a week and have been doing a Keto/low carb diet since right after Christmas. I’m turning 29 in a couple weeks and I’m ready to shed this weight once an for all!1
