Thanks for the correction guys! I'm not asking for myself - I was a bit concerned about my friends health so thought to ask if anyone had heard about this book/eating method and had any feedback or any advice. I haven't told her I'm wondering about it - I believe in being healthy. I try to watch what I eat, I go to the gym…

A combination of both I would say. I am 5'5 and currently weigh 147-149 depending on when I weigh myself. I'd like to lose a few inches and be a little more tone... Currently, I am doing a program with more reps... this is what my program looks like... Sunday Workout 1 Legs 12-10-8-6 Squats Leg Press Leg Extension Romanian…

Awesome! I am going to try and do that starting Monday. The gym is about 7 minutes away from my house - so going home to shower and get ready hasn't been bad! I figure - it would take me that long to get ready in the morning too! So far - so good.

That's how I am too. I just wanted to be sure that using some calories for sweets isn't hindering weight loss...

Maybe I'll cut it down from 300 to 150. just something a little extra... even with the 300 - I don't think I'll use them.. but just to be safe I'll change it to 150 or 100

Do you just pack your stuff each evening?

I hope so - so far it has been 3 days - and I feel that it gets my day off to a good start. I woke up at5:45 , got to the gym by 6:20 - worked out till 7:20- went home got ready, and was at work by 8:50. I usually get to work between 8:30 and 9 so it worked. But I want to also get to work earlier - by 8:30 - so my hope is…

I'm trying to learn how to have some sweets in a day but limit how much I eat of them and if I can cut down - great. So far, I use about 100 calories a day in sweets, a little dark chocolate, or a few dark chocolate covered almonds with a few plain nuts..

No just to give people an idea of where I stand

Thank you!! That’s funny about the furniture

Yea that’s what I’m trying not to do

For those asking why I posted the picture it was to give you an idea as to where I stand ...

I think I am going to try and not focus on the scale so much anymore. I decided I am going to check my weight once a month and not every week and just kind of go with the flow... obsessing over the scale doesn't help much..

I try to tell myself to ignore the scale but I guess maybe sometimes you just have a number set as a goal in your head and it’s hard to get out of there ... but I’m going to try harder
