I was so down about the fact that I could not lost weight in the beginning of the year, I signed up for a personal trainer, started tracking what I was eating more regularly and hired a trainer .. Recovery days
Recovery days - how many days do you take as recovery days and What do you do on those days ? I had an early dinner today - at 7.. it’s 11:20 now .. I am just about to go to sleep but I am a little hungry now ... too late at night to eat so hopefully I get some good sleep and am ready for my morning workout!

Negative comments
I hate it when people make negative comments for no reason! Like my aunt was telling my mom and dad I have gained weight since the last time she saw me.. I haven’t and I’m in much better shape then any or her kids .. so she should not talk ..

Goal: Lose 15 lbs
