Six month goal

I have set a six month goal for myself to follow 5x5 StrongLifts and eat accordingly to gain strength and lean out .. I’m hoping it works out

    Make your goals as specific as possible, and realistic.

    Instead of 'follow 5x5 StrongLifts' say 'complete xx workouts in the StrongLifts routine' or 'reach xx milestone in the routine.'

    Instead of 'eat accordingly to gain strength and lean out' say 'meet my protein goal daily,' etc.

    I'm not someone who is motivated by time-limited goals, but if you are just be sure you're making them quantifiable and attainable :)
