Goal: Lose 15 lbs

So my goal is to lose 15 lbs and get down to 135 lbs. I'm really hoping to make it by the spring. I've started counting macros and working out more. Keeping my fingers crossed that it works! I am going to try and avoid weighing myself until January and just do the needful.
