I was so down about the fact that I could not lost weight in the beginning of the year, I signed up for a personal trainer, started tracking what I was eating more regularly and hired a trainer .. I now work our for an hour a day .. daily .. but I still haven’t lost any weight! My blood work all comes up fine - no thyroid .. I just don’t get it ..

You don't say anything about calories, or food scales, or logging...

The place to look is at your food. If you are not losing weight, you are likely either underestimating what you are eating or overestimating your exercise calories.
Do you have a food scale? Are you weighing everything (even packaged food)?
Are you eating at a moderate, manageable deficit?
Since you are tracking food in some way, are you watching to see if some things work well for you, and some not? What works for others in terms of food choices may not work for you.- https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1080242/a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants/p1

You can lose weight without exercise. Skiing exercise is wonderful in many ways, but it's not a guarantee that you'll lose weight. It's very helpful for that, because it burns calories, but it's not the whole picture.
To lose weight you must be in a calorie deficit.3 -
First two responses are right on the money. exercise helps but weight loss for most people is about food in more than exercise. "tracking more regularly" is not cutting it.
This was also the advice given to you in March. did you try tracking your calories more diligently and using a food scale?

I really struggled with why I wasn't losing even though I was exercising and eating healthy foods until I got a good scale to start understanding the actual calories associated with what I ate. All the advice everyone has posted is really helpful. I'm bad at eyeballing portions, so food scale it is.7
