Just stating the obvious here, you can wake up 45 - 60 mins earlier. If you're work day doesn't allow for working out then workout right at the beginning. It's a matter of how much are you willing to sacrifice. I current workout from 5am - 6:30am before work 4 times a week. It can be done.

Eat at maintenance and you can also try to back load your calories till the end of the day so you'll get stuffed much quicker and you'll be less likely to over indulge. That said relax a little. Even if you gain 2-3 lbs it'll come if in 1-2 weeks.

What fuse? Lmao. You're making yourself angry my dear. Yes fasting may not solve eczema but to totally dismiss cyclic fasting (to various degrees) as beneficial to the body while being a proclaimed researcher is just laughable. No one is saying fasting cures cancer. Stop ttriggering yourself.

Not really a weird eater but if left to my own devices I can probably eat the same 3 meals everyday for a year no problem.
