I normally eat a sandwish and a bol of soup that I made and make sure it's keto. I use Mama's Lupe totilla (only 3 grammes of net carb). I always have some of those bread in my freezer. That was a savior for me. I also cook a lot with ZEROODLES (linguini or spaghetti), most of them are 5 or 3 grammes of carbs per portions.…

II have to agree, I fast from 8 to noon but if you want a good fast breakfast option, I love my chia pudding (even for lunch!!!). Look at Liz MacDowell blog, it's one of my favorite. Her recipes book (Vegan Keto was very helpful for me).

I always have lentils in my fridge and rice or quinoa... This way, I'm never stock and it's easy to put those 2 in a lots of recipe.
