Not doing keto but definitely going for a 75+ lb goal loss (more like 110). I am doing lower carb and lower sugar, mostly because I'm eating cleaner and higher protein.

Not food but I find on days I don't drink a lot of water I am hungry all the time...........days that I stick to above 70oz I stay on plan.

If you have over 100lbs to lose in total, losing 14lbs in one month may happen the first month, but a lot of it will be water weight. Ideally should aim for 2lbs/week or less.
