Yes I definitely wont eat it all back, but I am in construction so I am extremely active everyday. That combined with working out, I just want to make sure my body is properly fueled. Thanks for the advice :)

130 is my goal, although 135 would be fine too. I gain weight easily in my face so I like to be a bit under what is necessary to slim out my face

Also, remember that a healthy diet does 70% of the work, working out doesn't do you any good if you aren't fueling your body correctly. Feel free to message me with any questions.
