@KendraHall2 do your homework on this topic. Don’t solely pick based on taste. If I know something is a more healthy option than another, I’ll make the adjustment behaviorally. I realize most folks won’t do the latter. My two cents is stay away from chemical sweeteners like Aspartame, Saccharine, Sucrolose, Splenda etc.…

@Fatburner6969 How are you measuring your Ketones? I have the urine measuring sticks, but those just turn colors based on whether or not I’m in or nearing Ketosis. I’ll look this up on Google later tonight, as well.

@KendraHall2 good luck with the Keto focus. Great way of eating and it just works. I follow mostly a vegetarian diet, some days strictly vegan, but all of this is wrapped with Keto principles. My only caution is to be careful not to trade one bad thing for another, i.e. avoiding diabetes but increasing your risk for heart…
