1. Be in calorie surplus daily , and try carbs 60% , fat 20% protein 20% of total calories 2. Do mostly compound lifts, make sure you are get stronger, more reps or weight week on week with good technique and range of motion 3. Be patient it’s not complicated

You can’t really get around gaining some fat during calorie surplus . But maintain moderate surplus and make sure you get stronger in the gym and the majority should be muscle gain Provided you are eating adequate protein

Could be from milk .and certain whey powders are pretty garbage Some I’ve had made me bloat and some others haven’t. Brother if you want to gain muscle keep it simple . Also gaining muscle and losing fat at the same time is difficult - but it depends on your current condition and body fat levels. If building muscle is more important to you, I suggest Keep the SAME routine with the SAME exercises for at least 3 months, to see if it works.…
