I personally find it waaaay easier to go to the gym during the winter (despite the fact that there is a foot of snow outside and its probably -20 degrees). I lose most of my motivation in the summer when its hot & sunny

try a fiber supplement, I buy fiber gummies from my local pharmacy. two a day and I get 8 grams of fiber :)

hiit - 10 sets of sprints for 60 seconds each with 30-45 seconds rest in between to warm up; biceps & back for weights - seated rows, lat pulldown, renegade rows (yay), hammer curls, bicep curls, back extension & planks; 15 minutes cycling to finish off

Maybe suggest cooking healthy meals together, or going for walks together, or going to a gym together or even doing yoga.
