So I’m going to the bridal shop on Saturday to do an initial try on of my dress (ordered it back in July so took around 5 months to get delivered) and I have also made an appointment with the seamstress on the 16th March and another one 2 weeks before my wedding (5/5/18) and she said I’d have to stop loosing that 2 weeks…

Fruit! I used to eat a metric ton of it on a daily basis - ya know, being healthy and all that. We’re talking 2-3 large bananas, a whole punnet of grapes, 3/4 oranges, a large avocado and lots of little cherry Tomatos to snack on. Amazing how many calories that all is in one day!!!! It was a lesson that’s for sure

Room for one more? I’m 188 lbs, 5’8 and wanting to lose around 25lbs. I’m getting married in May but actually my real goal is to be as fit and healthy as possible for when and if I can fall pregnant

I'm 5'7.5 and currently 187 lbs. Started at 192 lbs. Want to get to 160. I'm naturally very muscular and "a unit" as my Mum says haha so we'll see what I feel like at 160 and evaluate. Don't want to loose my curves and muscles :)
