1. People are starting to notice my weight loss! I've been asked a couple times this week if I've lost weight and that I look good :) 2. I can wear a size 6 jean now! I've never been this small of a size, (ive mostly worn size 10-12 since I was like 14 years old) so I could hardly believe it when they actually fit me.

Usually the carbs shown are total carbs. For Keto you may be better off using a different tracking app like cronometer, which has a net carb option 😁
