  • I've seen people on here who live off of chocolate, cookies, and chips and seem to lose weight. The problem they all share is binging because they aren't correcting those poor choices, and they're basically starving their bodies of important vitamins and minerals. I don't believe that rice, pasta, and the other white carbs…

  • Yeah you're not supposed to, but if I don't then I won't know if I've eaten enough. I work weird hours and sleep through a lot of meal times, so I have to plan accordingly. I'm also trying to gain muscle so tracking my protein is a must. I don't really care if people don't like it, I'm still compliant in every other way...…

  • I love liquor filled candy. I get the really strong ones sent to me from friends in Europe. It's like a shot of vodka right down the gullet
  • I thought that about my boyfriend until I saw what he actually did. He eats once per day usually and also runs alot. He's just never really hungry but when he eats, he eats what appears to be a lot, but in reality, he's a chronic under eater and that is why he is underweight
  • Pills make me retain water in my thighs and give me a very deformed look. Water drains out and I look normal a few months when I get off. Best solution was low dose estrogen pills.
