Thank you guys so much!!! for my back & biceps training I did 3 sets of each for about 10 reps. Dumbbell Hammer curls, Preacher curls, Cable Lat Pulldown (2 variations), Seated Row (2 variations), & Hyperextension.

I used to wake up at 5 am so I could get a workout in before work. It was really hard to do but I realized I felt so much better after the workout and I had crazy amounts of energy throughout the day. Plus, it is also great to know that your workout is already done for the day. Put a few alarms on your phone just in case…

Go to their website and check out the nutrition facts for all of the sauces. I'd recommend eating them plain or adding a rub instead.

I used 10,000 mcg of biotin and it made me break out into a rash all over my face and hands. I love my Apple Watch. It tracks my workouts, heart rate, steps, calories burned, etc. It motivates me to workout and it's fun to check your results by the end of the day. I would recommend buying one if you want that extra motivation.
